When you have short-listed a number of properties to view, we will take you to see properties in our cars – you can then experience and see the local areas without being distracted by driving!
From making the offer to Completion and beyond. Our service doesn’t finish when sale completes. We’re on hand to offer advice on all aspects of living in France. Ask! If we don’t know the answer – we know someone who will! Buying process
- When you want to purchase a property that you have seen, we will negotiate the price with the owner on your behalf.
- We will review and explain the building reports (asbestos/lead/termites) as supplied by the vendor
- We can help with any building advice or quotes for any renovation work.
- We can introduce you to experts who can advise on French inheritance laws relating to the property purchase to suit your personal circumstances
- We will provide advice and assistance with buying of the €uros and transferring the deposit and completion monies
- We will help with any arrangements for a power of attorney where attendance for the completion is not possible.
- We can assist in arranging the transfer of any existing utility contracts into your name or setting up utility supplies to the property.
